Unlock Laser-Focus and Achieve Remarkable Results with a Simple 2-Step Framework

I used to work over 8 hours a day and still ended up with a to-do list taller than me (I am 5’9’ 😁).

Sound familiar? Well, don't worry because this might just be the last email you'll read in that situation.

Now, here's the thing: I get most of my work done before 9 am.

And guess what? I'm not some superhuman who can work at the speed of light. But it is possible, and I've done it.

That's why I'm sharing with you a simple 2-step framework to clear your to-do list before others even start brushing their teeth.

Step 1

Before going to bed, meticulously plan the most crucial and challenging task with utmost detail.

Reason: When you plan your task with utmost clarity before sleeping, you won't need to waste time re-planning, as you will already know exactly what needs to be done.

Step 2

Within 90 seconds of waking up, swiftly make your way to your desk and begin working for the next 1-3 hours.

Reason: When you have had a good sleep, your brain can quickly enter a state of flow, allowing you to effortlessly concentrate and be highly productive. By harnessing this natural state, you can tap into laser-like focus and achieve remarkable productivity levels. And this isn't just some fluff; it's scientifically proven.

Here’s how you can apply it tomorrow:

  • Tonight, take 15 minutes before you hit the hay and jot down all your tasks, starting from the most challenging down to the easiest. Highlight the most difficult and important one.

  • Tomorrow morning, whenever you prefer to wake up, get to your desk within 90 seconds. Set a timer for 1-3 hours, depending on the task, and dive right in.

Within minutes, you'll find yourself laser-focused on the task at hand. By the end of the 1-3 hour block, you'll have completed that challenging task and be left with simpler ones that almost feel like play. Congratulations, you did it!

Once you finish the block, be sure to perform your morning routine, because morning routine is an artificial habit to tap your brain into flow state.

Boom…! you have the action plan to finish your day before 9AM while the others are either asleep or just starting to brush their teeth.
