I hit the gym 25 days in a row and it changed my life.
25 days is not a long duration.
But I learned a few life lessons while putting in the reps that apply to every part of our lives, be it business, education, or pretty much anything.
Here are the 3 most valuable life lessons I learned:
1/ Dedication beats everything
I've had days where I had a ton of meetings and client work, but I still managed to spend at least 60 minutes at the gym every day.
If you're truly dedicated to a goal, nothing can stop you from achieving it.
2/ You can be physically strong only if you're mentally stronger.
If you think you're weak and can't lift a certain weight, you can't do it no matter what.
But if you think you're strong and that weight is lighter for you, you'll do it no matter what.
The game is in the mind.
3/ No pain. No gain.
I know this sounds clichè but it's true.
Now let me admit the fact that I don't know how to put this lesson in words because it can only be felt.
Yeah...and those were the 3 most important life lessons I learned at the gym 😅
